THE CHALLENGE
Answer the question, what’s the best part about T-Mobile?
Our creative teams locked ourselves in a conference room for a few days and tried to figure it out. We landed on the simple truth that there’s no one best part about T-Mobile. So, we set forth to develop creative to echo that truth.
THE SOLUTION
All about the benefits.
After doing a bit of research, we learned that most prospective customers and even some actual customers didn’t know all about the benefits that come with T-Mobile. Our Super Bowl spots focused on those individual benefits in an irreverent, iconic way, the text message conversation.
Since we were going to big with four in-game spots we needed a fresh, engaging web experience that followed suit. That’s where Avery and I came in. We emulated the text-bubble style that was going to be seen by 150 million people and crafted new messaging that would drive home our the point that there are oh so many reasons to join T-Mobile.
